real-world assets — through auditable, on-chain vehicles backed by real
collateral rather than projections.

## How participation works

Each offering is a sponsor-led **506(c) SPV** with a complete data room. The
participation flow is handled in-app:

    Fund your commitment. Settlement is coordinated and recorded.
